ITS Tutorial School Hong Kong is a fully licensed school operating in Hong Kong providing a wide range of educational support services for the Hong Kong community. ITS provides private one to one tuition sessions and runs classes in a variety of different academic subjects, exam preparation services, and English language tuition.
ITS began as a tutorial school in 2006. The site of the original school is located in Central in Hong Kong. ITS will soon be opening its second school in the New Territories of Hong Kong. This school will make it easier for those students living in Kowloon and the New Territories to take full advantage of the school’s services.
Subjects offered include most mainstream academic subjects such as English, English Literature, Mathematics, Pure Math and Applied Maths, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, General Science, Economics, Accounting, Business Studies, Geography, History, Italian, Latin, Psychology, Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, French, German, Environmental Science.
ITS has recently began to offer classes in SAT preparation for those wishing to attend USA universities. These classes cover all three areas of the SAT exam including the reading, writing and mathematics sections. A good SAT score is crucial for gaining entry into the top USA universities and colleges.
ITS also recently began offering classes in the IELTS exam preparation. This exam is very important to second language speakers who wish to study in the United Kingdom or Australia. ITS has a wide ranged of experienced tutors and teachers that can help people prepare for this exam.
The school has expanded to offer training support for the corporate community in Hong Kong. ITS Corporate Training is the adult education division of ITS. ITS Corporate Training will develop tailored made training packages for the Hong Kong business community. ITS Corporate Training courses are eligible for a funding subsidy under the Hong Kong Governments Workplace English Campaign (WEC). Courses are run both at ITS school and in the businesses workplace.
A recent addition to ITS range of services includes providing self study support for students who wish to sit the UK A level exams as private candidates instead of attending a school. This is proving very popular with students who do not wish to sit the International Baccalaureate (IB) for their senior schooling. ITS does also provide full support for students sitting the IB exam.
ITS has also been developing its website as a resource rich place where students, parents and teachers can find a wide variety of excellent materials to help with their studies.
